Home and garden care in Valencia
A house needs attention all year round — whether you live in it or come over for a month in summer. Altura Garden takes that on: we watch over the house and the grounds, keep things in order, call in and supervise the trades when they are needed, and have the house ready for your arrival.
We work with owners who have left and whose house now stands unwatched, and with those who live here but would rather not spend the weekend on the lawn.
The house
Regular cleaning and airing. Checks on plumbing, electrics, heating and air conditioning. Small repairs. Calling in and accompanying specialists when someone specific is needed. Checking the state of the house while you are away.
The garden and grounds
Lawn, irrigation and control of the automatic system. Care of trees, shrubs and plants. Seasonal work. Clearing leaves and branches. Order on paths, terraces and seating areas. The state of the garden furniture.
When you arrive
By the time you arrive the house is ready: cleaned, aired, bedrooms and bathrooms prepared, fresh linen, systems checked, the garden in order. You simply arrive.
